Getting started with Storage Warehouse is simple and convenient. You can book your self-storage unit directly through our website and move in straight away. If you prefer assistance, our team can send you a secure move-in link via SMS or email to make the process even easier. Once you complete the online form and payment, we will verify your ID. After approval, you will receive a unique gate access PIN, a facility map showing the exact location of your storage unit, and detailed instructions for accessing our secure self storage facility. You can then move in at a time that suits you. Just remember to bring your own padlock to properly secure your unit.

How secure is my storage space?

Security is a top priority at Storage Warehouse. Each self storage unit is secured with your own padlock, meaning only you have access to your belongings. Our secure self-storage facility features full perimeter security fencing, PIN-controlled gate access for authorised customers only, 24/7 camera surveillance across the site, and well-lit access areas to ensure visibility and safety at all times. These security measures are designed to protect your valuables and give you complete confidence when storing with us. Whether you are storing personal items, business stock, or vehicles, you can trust that your goods are kept in a carefully monitored and controlled environment.

Do I need insurance for my storage unit?

All goods stored at Storage Warehouse are kept at your own risk. While insurance is not compulsory, we strongly recommend arranging coverage for your belongings while they are in storage. In many cases, your existing home or contents insurance policy may extend to items kept in a secure self storage facility, sometimes at no extra cost. We suggest contacting your insurer or broker to confirm your level of coverage and advise them that your goods will be stored at Storage Warehouse. This added step can help protect your valuables against unexpected events and provide extra peace of mind.

What can't I put into storage?

You cannot store Prohibited Goods: This includes, without limitation, goods that are hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, flammable, explosive, environmentally harmful, perishable, living, or that can pose a risk to any person or property, including any lithium-ion battery or any item containing lithium battery.

Is there a minimum storage period?

Storage Warehouse has a one month minimum charge on all storage units. However, you are welcome to use the space for as little as one day if that suits your needs. Our storage solutions are flexible, allowing you to keep your unit for as long as required. When you are ready to move out, we simply ask that you provide at least 7 days notice so we can process your vacate smoothly. This flexibility makes our affordable storage units suitable for both short term and long term storage needs.
